Complete the sign-up form HERE, which gathers your information and keepsake preferences.
Step #2: Complete Payment of $149.
Whenever you’re ready for your kit, pay HERE. We have Paypal, Stripe, Venmo, CashApp.
Step #3: Receive Your U Cord Shipping Kit.
Collection Kit For Umbilical Cord Preservation
The shipping kit includes needed paperwork, cardboard shipping box, styrofoam shipping cooler, umbilical cord collection kit (for your birthteam), insulated U Cord Canister, packaging material, shipping bags, detailed instructions for each step (hospital/home/shipping), packing tape, & prepaid label for shipping back to our location.
Step #4: Baby Time!

Pack needed items from your UCord Shipping Kit along with your hospital bag. Give the staff the ‘U Cord Collection Kit’. Follow the simple & specific storage instructions provided in the step-by-step booklet (with colored photos).
Step #5: Ship to U Cord.

Once home, prepare and ship the umbilical cord as stated in the step-by-step booklet (with colored photos) using the pre-paid shipping label.
Step #6: Receiving & Preparation.

Once we receive your package, we will contact you with estimated completion time and communicate any needed design details. All work takes place in our ‘processing kitchen’, high standard sanitation and other protocols followed.
Step #7: Creation.

Let the magic begin! The long dehydration process of preserving the umbilical cord removes moisture making it last a lifetime. If you opt for pictures on your sign-up form, creation photos during the process will be sent via your preferred method of contact.
Step #8: Completed Products Shipped Back.

Once the keepsake is completed, it will be packaged up and sent home. We will contact you with a tracking number.
